Emotional, Wellbeing and Inclusion
Rebecca has worked with pupils with special educational needs for the last 15 years. She has spent much of her time working in special schools and more recently in a pupil referral unit teaching children at risk of permanent exclusion. During her time in education, she has trained and supported staff in positive behaviour management, de-escalation and positive handling techniques, as well as nurture principles, to enable schools to provide a more inclusive environment for students with SEND. Rebecca is passionate about the use of a child-centred approach to unlock each child's full potential and raise attainment.
