Year 5 participated in a Relationship Workshop, on Wednesday 16th January, which spoke about some thought provoking issues and engaged the children in what they thought a healthy relationship looked like. The children worked collaboratively in groups with scenario cards to identify healthy features of relationships as well unhealthy features. The children were challenged to find possible solutions to the problems in the scenarios and then discussed their ideas. The ‘Breaking the Cycle’ workshop enabled the children to consider who they could go to if they need support as well as identifying support networks around them.
