Portico Academy Trust was established in April 2016 and presently consists of West Leigh Junior School, Porters Grange Primary School and Nursery, Friars Primary School and Nursery, Hamstel Junior School and Hamstel Infant School and Nursery. The Trust was formed to support and challenge, within a context of partnership, high expectations and professional integrity, schools with primary pupils. About The Role
Portico Multi Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to join our friendly, hardworking team.
You will be involved in all aspects of HR, providing a timely and proactive, customer focused HR service to the CEO, Head Teachers/Principals and other senior leaders within Schools. You will support academies ensuring compliance with employment law, policies and procedures. You will be providing consistent HR advice and support to help facilitate successful case outcomes.
You will be CIPD qualified (or working towards), with proven experience within an HR function, managing casework effectively, ideally within an Education setting or Public Service. You will have demonstrable experience of HR and recruitment and selection procedures.
You will need to be highly organised, with the ability to multi task and maintain strong attention to detail. You will have strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate a sensitive approach to confidential matters, coupled with strong ICT skills.
